Terms and Conditions
Individual Projects
Individual projects may contain their own Terms and Conditions which your agreement is implied upon using them. Some projects may also explicitly ask you to accept their privacy policy, in which case you must do so to continue using the product. In the event that a project does not contain a Terms and Conditions document explicitly defined, those projects will assume the Vertagon standard Terms and Conditions below:
Vertagon Standard Terms and Conditions
Whereas “Vertagon” refers to the group who develops, distributes, and manages this application; Whereas “this product” refers to the current software in question and its underlying code, APIs, and libraries; Whereas “the user” and “you” refers to the current user or users of this product who must agree to these terms.
By using this product you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions outlined in the document. If you violate or otherwise choose to not accept these terms and conditions, your usage of this product may be terminated by Vertagon with no required notice and without refund.
Liability
Vertagon and its affiliates are not responsibly for improper, illegal, or otherwise unintended use of this product. All liabilities for the usage of this product by a given user are placed upon that user. Vertagon does not explicitly condone, support, or otherwise facilitate illegal usage, however improper usage of this product may result in legal action upon a user. It is the user’s responsbility to remain within the legal boundaries of their juristiction when using this product.
Vertagon is not liable for any monitary, physical, or virtual damages caused by the usage of this product. While it is the responsability of Vertagon to produce stable and safe software, it is likely that this software will have imperfections, bugs, vulnerabilities, and otherwise unintended performance in some cases. It is the responsability of the user to report these issues to Vertagon if one or more is found. While Vertagon will attempt to fix any major issues in a timely manner, it does not have any obligation to do so unless required by law.
Use this software at your own risk.
Vertagon is a U.S. based software group and thus primarily operates under U.S. laws.
Privacy
Privacy policies for data collection are outlined in the Privacy Policy statement if applicable. By using this product, you agree to the Privacy Policies set forth by the product if applicable.
Sensitive user information will never be sold by Vertagon to third-party groups or organizations.
Usage and Limitations
The usage of this product is limited by the legal bounds of the user’s legal jurisdiction, country, and by international laws that may apply.
You may NOT distribute, modify, or sell this product, its source code, or its assets unless otherwise explicitly given permission to do so by Vertagon. Vertagon may choose to terminate such an agreement at any time without notice. These policies are also enforced via United States patent, copyright, and pirating law.
You may NOT resuse or otherwise impersonate Vertagon owned names, aliases, and titles including but not limited to: registered Vertagon product names, Vertagon employees and affiliates, Vertagon owned brands and brandnames, Vertagon itself as a brand and group. These policies are also enforced via United States patent, copyright, forgery, and trade law.
You may NOT copy and reuse these Terms and Conditions on projects not explicity under the Vertagon namespace and group. This policy is also enforced via United States plagairism and copyright law.
Failure to abide by these limitations of usage may result in immediate termination of product use and immediate legal action if applicable.
Third-Party Notice
This product may contain code, assets, references, or API calls from parties other than Vertagon and its underlying groups. In these cases, Vertagon is not responsible for any liabilities or unintended performance of such items. The user should reference all Third-Party and external items by each item’s own applicable Terms and Conditions.
By agreeing to the Vertagon Standard Terms and Conditions, you also agree to the applicable terms and conditions of underlying Third-Party and External Terms and Conditions used within this product.
Changes
The terms and conditions in this document may change at any time without notice.
Refunds
This product is non-refundable and therfore Vertagon may choose how to handle refund related inquiries with its own discretion in any manner it sees fit.

This site uses Google Analytics to track data about site visitation statistics. This data includes but is not limited to location, region, browser, and access time.
Vertagon does not track specific names of users or share any personally identifiable information on site visitors to Vertagon.net and its subdomains.
Individual Projects
Individual products under the Vertagon group may contain their own privacy policies. In this case, the user of such products should refer to the specifically provided privacy policy of that product. In the event that a product does not contain an explicitly provided privacy policy, the user should refer to the Vertagon Standard Privacy Policy below:

Vertagon will NEVER sell, distribute, or otherwise mistreat personally identifiable and sensitive information.
Vertagon MAY however store and internally use such information if:
- Such information is applicable to the current product or service
- The user has been notified as such
- The user has explicitly consented to such
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
